I’m a collaborative and creative marketing and team development leader with over 18 years of experience driving results across a range of industries. I thrive when helping others succeed, whether that’s mentoring new hires, facilitating workshops, or designing tools that improve collaboration. I bring the same energy and curiosity to my professional life that I do to my volunteer work in education and community engagement.

My career has been rooted in optimizing systems, empowering teams, and leading with empathy—whether I’m launching multi-channel marketing campaigns, building onboarding and training programs, or improving internal operations.

From managing marketing for luxury hospitality brands to co-founding a boutique digital consultancy, I bring a unique blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a passion for building cultures of learning. I’ve led national training initiatives, supported organizational change through L&D, and helped teams grow more effective through streamlined processes and people-first leadership.

I have an MBA from the University of New Orleans and a BBA from Texas Tech University.
