Christopher Adcock

I am an Illustrator and freelance artist, who graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelors in Animation. I am currently taking on commission work and going to different art festivals and conventions to sell my art. I look to grow larger and to improve with my art as time goes on.

With my professional experience as a freelance artist, I've cultivated a large amount experiences that have shaped both my artistic skills and my understanding of the industry. Working independently has granted me the autonomy to choose different projects that I feel represent me and the work that I feel suits my style best, this has allowed me to create a portfolio of work I am proud of. This freedom has allowed me to grow and learn many techniques and ideas that I would never have learned otherwise.

With this I have gained the knowledge and ability to communicate better and understand the value of negotiation and working with another to get a project complete. Over the years, I've had the privilege of collaborating with clients of different industries such as and Air Conditioning company, candle making freelancer, an artist looking to make his own comics, etc. These experiences have not only honed my artistic abilities but have also taught me the importance of adaptability, professionalism, and delivering high-quality work within deadlines.

As of recently I have also began to pursue ventures outside of freelance art such as selling my art a festivals and conventions. With this has come with many responsibilities of collaboration with my friend, who is also an artist, planning, adapting to new situations, and running a business. As a freelance artist, I am continually evolving, driven by the pursuit of growing past where I currently find myself and the satisfaction of bringing my art to life and seeing the satisfaction that it brings to my clients.

My main source of education is my Bachelors degree from Kennesaw State University for Animation.
