- Technical Manager and Technical Point of Contact for 8 Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) Phase I proposals, one Phase 2, and three Phase 3 SBIRs; identified cross-organizational problems and managed solutions generated by two Non-Government Organizations, including a SBIR for verifying, validating, and registering multiple M&S studies automatically and planning analysis and test tools.

- Double-hatted as the Aegis BMD Systems Requirements Verification (SRV) Group Lead; manage 4 employees across two organizations in support of all major system engineering milestones — from defining verification criteria to gathering and analyzing Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) — in support of the Operational Capability Baseline (OCB), the final authorizing step for BMD-capable ships to perform the ballistic missile defense mission. Sought out by internal and external organizations as the verification SME to develop their verification processes.
