Hello, I went to a trade school in Lakeland Florida called Traviss Technical College. I attended their Computer Systems & Information Technology program which taught CompTIA's A+, Network+, and Security+. Along with those they also taught CISCO's CCNA. I am A+ certified, I'm studying for the Network+ exam, and I'm looking for a job in IT
I've spent 3 years working in costumer service which included support over the phones and helping costumers directly with whatever they need. I also helped support the students in the CSIT program at Traviss Technical College with their technical problems as well as a CISCO Router and Switch that wasn't getting network traffic and wasn't able to remote into with with either Telnet or SSH.
I went through Traviss Technical College's CSIT program. It was a fast track program which took only two semesters to finish. We learned CompTIA's A+, Network+, Security+, and CISCO's CCNA certifications. I am A+ certified and studying for Network+.
