I have been in the insurance industry for 2.5 years but have held a professional license for over 10. I am passionate about learning and utilizing new technology for better customer , and employee experience .

I have over 15 years experience for customer service , during my work history I have strived to continue to better my skills .

Skill: Data Analytics , Microsoft office proficient ,R programming proficient , Tableau proficient , and I have experience in Sql .

My most recent education experience is completing the Google Coursera Data Analytics Certification . I am currently enrolled in the Google Coursera Advanced Data Analytics course now , with plans on completing the Google Business insight course .
