Throughout knowledge of Architectural/Engineering/Interior Design office. Fully bilingual (English and Spanish). Twenty years of experience as an architectural designer, including overall coordination of construction disciplines, documents, and specifications.
Excellent interior design skills, research development, planning, construction administration, pre and bid meetings, coordination with clients, supervision of projects and submittal revision. Expertise in hospitality and casino projects and property condition assessments. Full knowledge of all HUD related projects, modernization guidelines and regulations.
ADA, UFAS and FHA accessibility code compliance plan reviewer. Excellent analytical skills as a Senior Property Condition Assessor with in-depth knowledge of required code compliance, including ASTM E2018-15. Electronic data collection and use of infrared technology at applicable areas of the inspection process
