• Assisted in animal restraint and handling about 10-20 pets daily
• Worked as a room technician gathering information from owners and discussing treatment plans with veterinarians
• Managed medical records on Impromed software and handled prescriptions
• Maintained clean and organized treatment and waiting areas by performing daily sanitation and husbandry tasks to support patient safety
