Responsible for ensuring that all of the site/agency contractual obligations are met in a timely manner.
- Conduct follow-up trainings during Phase 1 and yearly site visits during Phase 2-3.
- Be prepared to conduct weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly consultation calls during all phases of model implementation with assigned FFT site/agencies and appropriately coach in the implementation and adherence of the FFT model.

Provide clinical supervision to a staff of 5 FFT Therapists on a weekly basis in order to evaluate therapists on dissemination and adherence to therapeutic models, as well as ethical delivery of services to clients.
