I am currently leading a night shift paint crew and have been employed at current location for over 7 years. I am seeking to utilize my skills and knowledge in a Coating Inspector or Coating Supervisor role.

I have over 18 years of experience in the industrial coating field. I my current role I am leading a night shift paint crew and have been in this position for the last 3 years. I have been employed for the company that I work for, 7 years.

In this position I ensure all aspects of the coating stages are done to meet company quality standards in an reasonable amount of time for assembly team to get product in time to meet shipping deadlines. I also keep track of all paint usage, paint viscosity, waste and paint booth filter changes. I have extensive knowledge in single stage, 2 stage and 3 stage coating systems.

I have used and inspected multiple different types of paints throughout the years. Some include Epoxy, 100% Epoxy, Urethane, Polyurethane, Zinc, Hi-Temp, Oxide, and Powder Coat paints. I also have understanding and knowledge of standards for coating projects from small to large structures.

I am currently a Ampp Level 2 Coating Inspector and have been trained in the areas of environmental testing standards, preparation standards, soulable salt standards, wet millage / dry millage standards, and holiday detection standards.
