Coffy Andrews

My educational journey has equipped me with a unique blend of technical and analytical skills. I hold a Master of Science in Data Science from CUNY School of Professional Studies, a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from the University of Southern Mississippi, and a Bachelor of Science in Business, Economics, and Management from SUNY Empire State College. This diverse academic experience has allowed me to develop a strong understanding of data analysis, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.

My work history includes two positions with the NYS Department of Transportation, where I collaborated with other divisions to plan, implement, and manage project-related initiatives. As an assistant engineer, I reviewed and evaluated the financial progression of all FHWA-funded projects and assisted in developing sustainable alternatives for small and mid-size mobility projects. I also provided data analysis collaboration, formulated proposals, plans, budgets, and schedules for numerous projects, and delivered comprehensive presentations on various in-house projects.

Additionally, I worked as a project manager for the NYS Statewide Financial System. I assessed plans for systematically managing multiple projects, established project scope and requirements, managed cross-functional resources, and worked directly with experienced professionals to generate various records and documentation for projects under agency management.
