Cole Tucker

I am currently a junior at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and will graduate in May 2027 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and a minor in Data Science.

During the summer of 2024, I job shadowed with the data science and analytics department at Franciscan Alliance Information Services, a division of Franciscan Alliance, Inc. Franciscan Alliance is a multi-facility healthcare organization, located in Indiana. With this opportunity, I gained exposure to real-world applications of statistical analysis in decision-making and learned data management workflows and analysis techniques for complex datasets.

I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, with a minor in Data Science. I have taken several mathematics related courses, including Calculus III, Differential Equations, Proofs, Statistical Programming, Object-Oriented Software Development, and Intro to Software Development. I have gained valuable experience working with Python, R Studio (Markdown and Quatro), Java, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.

And have honed my skills in statistical modeling, differential equations, data analysis, and computational methods.
