Prior to completing Hack Reactor's immersive software engineering boot camp, I worked for 9 years in the manufacturing industry as a quality control/assurance engineer, working with medical, aerospace and industrial components. I pride myself on my strong attention to detail and my driven worth-ethic. I do well under tight deadlines and really enjoy working with team members working towards a common goal.

Back-end construction and optimization for a pomodoro timer application for personalized use and task organization with statistical tracking

• Initiated a SQL database using Beekeeper Studio to create tables and generate mock data
• Utilized FastAPI framework to establish endpoints and successfully communicate with the database
• Created and deployed a timer functionality using React, JavaScript and HTML to display running countdown timer and also to track progress and completion of individual users’ tasks
• Completed unit tests using fastAPI’s TestClient and applied them to the continuous integration process to verify endpoint functionality

Front-end development and implementation for a Car dealership management application by utilizing three different microservices and polling for data

• Engineered sales department API using the Django framework, specifically for developing class based models
• Created images and run containers on various ports for each microservice using Docker Engine
• Built out front-end React components that allows a user to create and look-up inputted sales history and records for each user
