Hello! My name is Colin Entze, and I am passionate about construction, design, and Business. In 2019, I embarked on a life-changing journey when I made the decision to move to Utah. It was in this beautiful state that I found my true calling and a path that would lead me to build a successful career in the construction industry.

Upon arriving in Utah, I wasted no time and immediately secured a job framing homes. For three years, I honed my skills and developed a deep understanding of the construction process. Alongside my framing work, I embraced opportunities in door-to-door sales, representing various pest control companies. This experience not only helped me refine my communication skills but also taught me the value of customer satisfaction.

In late 2021, my brother and I took a bold step and founded "Great Dane Construction & Design," focusing on the art of basement finishing. The venture allowed us to channel our creativity and craftsmanship into creating spaces that truly transformed our clients' homes.

Driven by the desire to expand my expertise, I undertook the contractors course in 2023 and successfully obtained my B100 contractors license for the state of Utah. This achievement marked a significant milestone in my career and opened doors to new possibilities.

In the midst of my licensing journey, I ventured into entrepreneurship and launched "Sublime Home Solutions." As the founder, I take immense pride in offering specialized services such as Basement Framing, Basement Design, and Consulting. My goal is to work closely with clients, understanding their unique vision, and turning their dreams into reality. Whether it's a cozy living space, a functional office, or a recreational area, I believe that every basement holds incredible potential, waiting to be unlocked.

• Founded "Sublime Home Solutions," a construction company specializing in Basement Design, Floor Plan, Framing, and Consulting services.
• As the business owner, responsible for all aspects of the projects, including Accounting, Project Management, and Product Marketing.
