LVN looking for a PRN or part time position

 Recognize and report changes in patient behaviors and condition including medication effectiveness, side effects, and treatment progress.

 Maintain and update patient charts per facility protocol.

 Medication administration including the administration of emergency and court ordered medications.

 Diabetic care (blood sugar checks and insulin administration as ordered.) Recognizing signs of hypo and hyperglycemia.

 Maintaining an organized medication room by ordered supplies and removing and disposing of expired medication and other supplies per facility protocol.
