This directly aligns with my major in Marketing and has strengthened my understanding of consumer behavior and promotional approaches. Spending a significant amount of time in this field has not only sharpened my business acumen but also allowed me to excel in customer service, a critical component of any successful marketing campaign.

While working in the restaurant industry, I was solely responsible for greeting customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
