Hello! My name is Connor Brock, and I am a senior accounting student at Clemson University. I am from Long Island, New York, and I aspire to work in public accounting. I will be graduating from Clemson in May 2026 and plan to attend graduate school to obtain a master’s degree in accounting in pursuit of CPA certification.
I have gained valuable accounting experience through summer internships with Diapoules & Feinstein CPAs and Highline Construction Group, as well as a winter internship with Professional CFO Inc. My responsibilities included preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, managing vendor payments, and assisting with payroll and financial reporting. These experiences allowed me to develop proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and VPie, while providing insight into the revenue cycle and improving my communication skills by interacting with vendors.
I will graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Clemson University in May 2026. Through my coursework, I have developed knowledge in auditing, taxation, accounting information systems, and artificial intelligence in accounting.
