-Production hall welding of bridge beam components, stiffening plates, gussets, nelson studs, bearing plates.

-Emden, Lower Saxony-FCAW/SMAW welding of bridge seam connections, bearing plates, trapezoid structural components.

-Auw an der Kyll, Rheinland-Pfalz-Gouging out weld failures made by subcontractors and completing rework FCAW welding with ultrasound inspections for new railway bridge.

-Berlin-Köpenick S-Bahn metro station SMAW welding of pipe caisson support.

-Hamburg-K20 Project bridge overpass jack and lift procedure (700 tons spreading overpasses while live traffic above), welding structural steel for crane removal of jack and lift components, torch cutting temporary structural columns out.

-Ludwigshafen am Rhein, Rheinland-Pfalz-New overpass bridge construction over active railways and railyard, FCAW welding of bridge seams, bearing plates, torch cutting plates, pre/post heating procedures.

February 2025 - June 2025 - Journeyman Welder, Heartland Constructors, Kearl Lake Imperial Oilsands Mine Site, Alberta, Canada

-FCAW welding repairs/rebuilding of CAT 797 ore haul truck boxes. Working on ground level as well out of support stands/man-baskets. Gouging out walls, bolsters, floor plates, structural supports, pivot bores, plasma cutting new AR grades of plate, plasma cutting out old/damaged materials.

Fitting/welding newbolsters, walls, floor seams, backing bars, cracks. Template creation and cutting bolsters, walls, floor seams, backing bars, cracks. Template creation and cutting material to shapes required.

-FCAW welding repairs/rebuilding of CAT D11 bulldozer blades. Fitting/welding new wear plates, frog extension bars. Gouging out cracks, removal of old wear plates, clean-up of surfaces prior to welding.

May 2024 - February 2025 - Journeyman Welder, Baffinland Iron Mines Corporation, Mary River (Qikiqtani Region, North Baffin Island), Nunavut.

-FCAW welding repairs/rebuilds to CAT 992, 994, 996, 988 front end loader buckets, CAT D9 and D10 bulldozer blades, CAT 6060 hydraulic shovel bucket rebuild, gouging cracks in bores, gouging cracks throughout equipment (bucket lip, lugs, side panels), removal of worn wear plates, MAWP adapters, seized bushings and pins. Fitting/welding new adapters, material, wear plate, shackles, lugs, panels, hand railings.

-FCAW/SMAW welding repairs/rebuilds to SmithCo quad axle ore side dump B-train trailers, Western Star tridem ore haul trucks. Gouging apart, fitting new, welding out new king pin assemblies, trailer saddles, fifth wheel plates/trunnion mounts, axle towers, Boss fittings for axle alignment, flat bars to prevent ore leakage, landing gear supports, ladders, fender brackets, pocket build up/reshaping, trailer frame cracks and multi-layer (fish plate/doubler) crack repairs and strapping bar reinforcement.

-FCAW/SMAW welding repairs/rebuild to CAT 793 ore haul truck box. Gouging of old wear plates, floor repairs and replacements, cutting new hole layout, fitting/welding new wear plates. Gouging of box side tube cracks, repair welding, cutting out worn dump box edge end overhead plates, fitting/welding new plates to edge, frame and existing plates.

-Aluminum MIG welding of ore haul truck grating crack repairs, copper brazing to fill holes in damaged radiator condenser pipes.

-Extensive fitting, demolition/salvage, rebuilding and improving equipment both solo/with colleagues and in shop/field environments.
