I have recently moved to Phoenix Arizona, I live with my five cats and love to help people.
I've worked with customers over 4 years with personal computers, phones, and other electrical equipment. I have 6+ years experience with Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, Apple, and Online Networks. This work involved taking orders for customers for replacement parts, fixing and troubleshooting existing components, plus manually and remotely assisting the customer with their concerns.
I recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire with a Bachelors of Science in Music and Computer Science. I've learned Java, C, C++, HTML, and Ruby on Rails coding, as well as many troubleshooting techniques for household and business computer systems.
