Hi, my name is Courtney! I am outgoing, personable, and hardworking, and I pride myself on being an asset to any establishment. I am loyal, honest, and dependable in everything I do. In my free time, I enjoy boating on the lake, riding horses, hiking, and spending quality time with family and friends.

I have worked at some of the top venues on the Las Vegas Strip, including the Wynn, Mirage, Bellagio, and Park MGM. Being a union bartender for 14 years has given me extensive experience working in a variety of fast-paced and high-end environments. My background ranges from luxury VIP service and nightlife venues to high-volume nightclubs and pool dayclubs.

Throughout my career, I have planned events, created specialty cocktails, trained new employees, managed customer relations, and successfully handled health and safety inspections.

In addition to my bartending experience, I also have strong management and operations experience. I have overseen staff, handled scheduling, payroll, inventory, social media marketing, and daily business operations while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. I take pride in being hardworking, adaptable, and dependable, with the ability to thrive under pressure and create positive experiences for both guests and team members.

Bachelor’s degree from Mount Ida College in Newton, MA, with studies focused in Business Management. While managing Wayne Newton’s Ranch in Las Vegas, obtained OSHA 30 and CPR certifications. Also completed various professional enrichment courses through employment at high-end Las Vegas casinos, including specialty craft cocktail training through Southern Wine & Spirits while working at the Wynn.
