My name is Courtney Robinson. I recently earned my Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science with minors in Psychology and Criminal Justice. I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician supporting children with autism, and I previously worked in a classroom-based program serving children from underserved communities.
I’m passionate about helping children develop skills and reach their goals, and I hope to continue growing in the psychology field. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, running, working out, and creating art
I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I support children with autism by implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and helping develop communication and social skills. Previously, I worked with Kid Power in a classroom-based setting, supporting students’ academic and emotional growth and assisting families in underserved communities. I also have experience in customer service and team-based environments through previous roles in retail, food service, and manufacturing.

I am passionate about working with children and adolescents and plan to continue growing in the psychology field.
