Alongside my technical role, I serve as the elected Chief Union Steward for AT&T's largest Fort Worth garage, representing approximately 140 technicians. That role has strengthened my communication, leadership, conflict resolution, and organizational skills while working with management, Employee Relations, and Labor Relations to solve complex workplace issues. Premise Technician - AT&T - Dallas, TX

• Complete 4–5 fiber installation and repair appointments every day for residential and small business customers.
• Maintain a 99% Voice of the Customer (VOC) score through quality workmanship and customer service.
• Install, repair, and troubleshoot FTTH services across aerial, buried, and pedestal fiber infrastructure.
• Perform optical testing using JDSU ONX-580, VIAVI OptiMeter, and EXFO Fiber Inspection Scope to verify signal quality and isolate network issues.
• Read engineering records and facility documentation to accurately locate network facilities and complete installs.
• Install and replace fiber drops, terminals, splitters, splice cases, bonding and grounding components, and customer equipment.
• Inspect completed work to ensure installations meet company quality and safety standards.

• Elected Chief Union Steward representing approximately 140 technicians at AT&T's largest Fort Worth garage.
• Handle 10–15 employee matters each week, including investigations, grievances, return-to-work meetings, and workplace concerns.
• Work directly with management, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, and union leadership to resolve workplace issues.
• Created and continue to manage a district-wide SharePoint site used for documentation, training, and operational resources.
• Organize case documentation, meeting records, and supporting materials while balancing multiple priorities.
