• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in cramped, hot, or cold spaces.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with hand/power tools (knives, saws, blowers, spray guns) and reading blueprints.
• Attention to Detail: Precision in measuring and cutting to prevent gaps.
