I have 49 years of construction experience; I have built health care facilities in Las Vegas. Including Valley Hospital, University Medical Center, I also built a new wing on Palo Alto VA Hospital, I also built a facility at University of Washington Renton Hospital. I also worked on the Navy Hospital in Guam. I also have casino Hotel experience, Heavy Civil, Multifamily, Commercial, and Residential experience.
My Professional career started in Las Vegas. I did not want to go to college, so I joined the Carpenters Local 1977.
I completed the four year apprenticeship program. I worked a few years as a carpenter and a Foreman. In 1983 I took on my first superintendent role at the Tropicana Hotel, I worked on Caesars Palace for four years. I then built the University Medical Center. I have traveled extensively.
Georgia, Florida, Guam, California, and I now reside in Washington. I did a lot of Military work once I got to Washington. I also worked on the VA Hospital in Tacoma, and Bremerton I worked on the Navy Hospital in Bremerton Washington as well. I am a citizen of the world.
The four year apprenticeship training was interesting as they taught many disiplines in the carpentry industry. I have since taken a lot of classes such as ACOE QA QC Training, OSHA 30, Microsoft, Excell, Microsoft Project.
