Conducting inbound customer service calls with customer, Create fraud and dispute claims on customers behalf, Fraud: block card/re-issue new card, review fraud txns, and complete dispute application. Research claim status. Verify customers claim balance on their account and make sure it has been posted correctly. Working with multiply programs, Banks and Visa.
