- Effectively hired and trained Executive Directors to oversee the overall day-to-day operations of provider-owned, JCAHO accredited home health care agencies in over 50 Ohio counties, this included, but was not limited to; clinical, sales, marketing, recruiting, intake, scheduling and customer service staff
- Hired, trained and managed the Billing and Compliance Department for home health care, physician services and outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation operations
- Managed the Sales Teams that serviced diverse ancillary services
- Exponentially increased census in all service lines
