I have worked for the hospitality industry since 2000, with the exception of working for Comcast from 2015 to 2020, respectively. Throughout my hospitality experience – primarily four star or four diamond hotels and in addition such as the Grand Hotel Minneapolis, the Sofitel Hotel, as well as the St Paul Hotel – I have met people from all over the globe from CEO's to celebrities to everyday individuals to friends and families. The hotel industry has strengthen me to be a much more informed and experienced customer or guest service oriented individual.

I find that my hotel experiences throughout the years to be indispensable. Having said that, I owe a great gratitude for all my employment experiences in and of itself as well as how it all enables me to grow within the hospitality industry or to pursue nearly any other career endeavors where passion and service meet.

Part-time Night Auditor - The Hotel Landing - Wayzata, MN

From 8/2025 to 10/29/2025 I was briefly employed by The Hilton Garden Inn MOA and later by The Delta Minneapolis Hotel Northeast by Marriott. The title was Night Auditor for both properties, along with accounting duties for the Delta Minneapolis Hotel NE by Marriott. Happy to discuss these brief intervals.

• Audit, reconcile, balance, and input all banquets, catering, F&B, spa services invoices and receipts into database.
• Perform all pre-audit and the nightly audit functions.
• Attach the final scanned reports via email and send to management.
• Check in, upgrade / up sell remaining guests for each night along with checking out guests throughout the early morning.
• Secure security walks within the property and handle all guest concerns and issues throughout the overnight shift.

Night Auditor - W Foshay Minneapolis - Minneapolis, MN

• Provide a four to five star status level of guest service from checking in remaining guests to checking out the guests of the hotel.
• Perform all nightly audit functions.
• Craft a daily report for management and all employees regarding groups, VIPs, events, meeting locations et cetera for the following day.
• Handle all guests issues as needed by offering resolutions within the scope of my authoritative functions.
• Assist in securing the property for safety and security purposes.

Night Auditor - Hyatt Place - Eden Prairie, MN

• Finalize the daily revenue reports in data system and send to management.
• Check in and check out guests.
• Oversee the property during the overnight shift.
• Bartend at night and cook all the breakfast in the morning.
• Clean the kitchen station as needed.
• Sweep, mop, clean general lobby and eatery area along with common front desk guest encountering locations.
• Secure and lock swimming pool ensuring the property's designated hours are closed, safe and secured.
• Report any concerns to management both verbally and in writing when needed before retiring for the day.

Night Auditor - Staybridge Suites - Bloomington, MN

Retention Agent Level III - Comcast - St. Paul, MN

• Sell and save every loyal customer that calls in the retention department.

Night Manager - Westin Galleria - Edina, MN

• Oversee the property during the overnight shift.
• Oversee overnight employees in various departments making certain the hotel is consistently performing its nightly service hours to guests.
• Properly handle revenue batch each night and correct any potential errors before sending to the general manager, comptroller, and management.
• Assist the guests with any inquires and concerns should they come up throughout their stay.

Staff Accountant - Hotel Ivy - Minneapolis, MN
