• 2025: Led the team to a 19–10 record against the toughest schedule in program history; earned an invitation to the LaGrange Toyota Invitational, won a regional quarterfinal game, produced a school-record six college signees, and finished ranked Top 25 in Florida.
• Worked daily with players and staff to evaluate performance, identify development needs, and translate observations into practical improvement plans.
