Assembler II at Medtronic (2024-03 – Present)
Sabre Line, Blunt Tip Line. Precision Instruments – Responsible for building surgical and testing tools with precision and accuracy. Machine Operator – Responsible for assembling, inspecting, and packaging surgical devices in a cleanroom environment following strict protocol. Trainer – Responsible for showing trainee proper procedures while maintaining accuracy and production output. Cross-trained on multiple lines. Evacuation Coordinator. In addition to all Assembler I duties.
Inspector 2/QA at Medtronic (2023-03 – 2024-03)
PHP Line. Uses predetermined methods, operations, setups and prescribed specifications to inspect visually in-process and completed products such as electronic units and subsystems, precision electromechanical assemblies or mechanical units, subassemblies, structural flaws, internal defects and missing welds.
- Works from blueprints, diagrams, dial indicators, preset micrometers, scales, fixtures, customer specifications, drawings or inspection instructions and checklists.
- Performs line clearances after each lot to ensure all materials from the previous lot have been removed.
- Monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
- Accepts, rejects or reworks defective or malfunctioning units and systems.
- Uses various measuring devices and testing equipment.
Assembler at Medtronic (2022-06 – 2023-03)
PHP Line.
- Manufacturer – Connect the wire to the poly-adhesive pads while making sure the machine was running. Inspect the pad to ensure no defect on the pad before sending through to packaging.
- Packaging – Responsible for getting the finished product into the pouches and putting the pouches into boxes, then preparing the pallets to be shipped.
- Preventive Maintenance – Test the machine daily & weekly perform preventative maintenance, change packaging film and change the printer ink on the lot code printer.
- IFU Inspector – After product is put into pouches, check to see if proper number of pouches were in the boxes. When at this station, also check to see if they had any type of damage, confirm lot number and bar code were legible and inspect the final seal to ensure there were no tears or misaligned.
Shipping & Mixed Packing at HopLark HopTea and e-commerce (2021-03 – 2022-06)
Temp to perm position.
- Shipping – Packing Customer Orders for shipment with various carriers
- Mixed Packing – Assembling the product getting it ready for shipment. Putting different cans in boxes
- Receiving - Receiving in truckloads of supplies

- Floater – Make sure the rotary machine was filled with wire, change the cover and rotate the IDC roll to keep the machine without interruption so that the most product was created during the day. Maintained the packaging process by keeping the flow of boxes, fill the IFU booklets and pull the completed pallets into the shipping dock.
Logistics and backroom at Target (2018-07 – 2019-04)
- Initial store set up – restock entire store from studs after fire.
- Unloading trucks – separate inventory by departments and isle. Once inventory is separated, stock shelves, cycle dated inventory, clean up displays, audit product on display and defect item if needed.
- Backroom – Pull inventory from back room and keep shelves and displays stocked, back-stocked inventory if more than shelves carry, use handheld ZEBRA to determine where product goes and how many.
- Produce – rotate stock to ensure quality and freshness. Separate organic from non-organic. Couponing – putting coupons on product that is approaching expiration date.
- Frozen – Rotate Stock using FIFO, ensuring dating is adhered to.
- FA's – Web-order fulfillment. Find inventory and took to customer service team to hold for pick-ups.
- Inventory – count designated area. Straighten shelves as inventory is counted. Removed damaged product if needed.
