I'm a hard worker when I worked at old country buffet I was the only one that could handle being a dishwasher at a fast pace restaurant.
I put plates on racks standing up right rinse them of cups in trays to run thru dishwasher I put silverware on a flat rack and run them thru the dishwasher about 3 times.then I take everything out to the dining room area.
