I started off in inbound unloading trucks by hand and then moved on to picking orders using the Vocollect headset and rode on a Raymond Stand Up pallet jack. From there I started doing store audits making sure that everything the store had ordered was on that truck. Sometimes it was anywhere from 500 to 1400 cartons!

I then advanced to the Pacer forklift where I was loading the store pallets onto the trucks and then moved on to the High Reach Forklift. I would do Replens in pick locations, do putaway, clean out pick faces of empty pallets and even did special projects with different departments. I was on the safety committee team where I learned the proper safety techniques to utilize in a warehouse.
