ASHI Certified Property Inspector with home inspection experience since 2022 and nearly 1,000 verifiable inspections completed across new construction, older homes, condominiums, multi-family properties, and non-standard foundation/structural configurations. Inspections are performed in accordance with ASHI and InterNACHI Standards of Practice, with code-based observations referenced to the International Residential Code (IRC). Currently pursuing the ICC B2 Commercial Building Inspector certification to expand into commercial property inspection.

• Conduct residential property inspections in accordance with ASHI and InterNACHI Standards of Practice, referencing the IRC for code-based findings.
• Part of a cumulative career total of nearly 1,000 verifiable inspections across residential, new construction, multifamily, and non-standard configuration properties.
• Pursuing ICC B2 Commercial Building Inspector certification to support expansion into commercial inspection services.
• Operate UAS/drone equipment for roof and elevation documentation; ~100 flight hours logged (FAA Part 107 in progress).
• Deliver detailed, code-referenced inspection reports to clients within required turnaround times.

Home Inspector / Auxiliary Inspector at Champia Real Estate Inspections (2023-02 – 2025-05)

• Performed residential and radon inspections across a wide range of property types, including mountain cabins and new construction, with all reports delivered on timely turnaround.
• Conducted radon testing using Sun Nuclear Model 1027/1028 continuous radon monitors.
• Performed roof inspections via DJI Mini 3 Pro drone (inspector-owned equipment).
• Produced inspection reports using HomeGauge, incorporating IRC and manufacturer-specification references where applicable.
• Left in good standing in May 2025 to pursue continued growth with Onit Inspections.

Home Inspector Apprentice at Spectrum Property Inspections (2022-08 – 2023-02)

• Trained under an ASHI-certified inspector with 15+ years of experience; earned ASHI Certified Home Inspector credential, June 2022.
• Inspected properties ranging from 1940 construction to new builds, applying ASHI and InterNACHI Standards of Practice.
• Performed pool/spa, irrigation & sprinkler (smart controls), and wood-destroying organism inspections.
• Delivered timely inspection reports via Spectora.
