I have been in the concrete pump industry for the last 8 1/2 years. I am currently an operations manager for a concrete pump company, witch entails over seeing day to day operations, communicate with customers and employees, communicate with the shop to make sure our equipment is getting done in a timely matter, checking with all operators to make sure they have all the equipment they need to perform their day to day job. Over see dispatch to make sure we are running on time to our clients.
