I'm an Information Technology professional working in IT for over 20 years with experience in various IT technologies encompassing: VMware, Windows, project management, engineering, and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure. Have government IT experience with the Department of Defense as well as Government Security Clearance. An always positive ‘go-getter’ who is goal oriented and tirelessly works assignments to completion.
A quick study and excellent troubleshooter with the interpersonal skills to blend in well with other team members, work effectively with direct reports of different personalities, and develop an excellent rapport when dealing directly with customers. Have benefited professionally from working in many diverse IT areas and, when troubleshooting, have the benefit of knowing how various technologies overlap and relate. Experienced with direct interface with customers and end users able to keep tense situations calm while always communicating and setting realistic customer expectations.
