Experienced high end residential construction superintendent. I have excellent communication skills and extensive knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, subcontracting, QA/QC, job site supervision, and all aspects of residential and commercial construction. I hold a Masters Degree in Construction management as well as active licenses in the state of Florida as a certified building contractor and a home inspector well as an OSHA 30 certification.
