With a specific focus on Validation, Projected Management and Strategic Operations, I have been responsible for helping client perform site audits, site acquisition, product transfer between manufacturing sites, closure of site. In addition, compiled assessments and provided guidance to various clients with intent of purchase site or increase throughput / eliminate quality concerns. I led topical product expansion for client through CMO relations and development, and Head of Operations responsible for all aspects of contract manufacturing and technical functions, with focus on increasing capacity through OpEx.

With over 20 years of demonstrated success impacting superior project performance through expert alignment of drug product/process development, cleaning validation programs, quality initiatives, pharmaceutical design, facilities upgrade and expansions, operational excellence and strategic team leadership providing increased productivity and reduced costs. Held various positions of increased responsibilities culminating with General Manager of Operations.
