At High Life Consulting I started my own Consulting Firm to help other businesses stay compliant with their Local and State Laws. PNC gave me my start in my Compliance career. By initiating their Compliance Program, and training their employees on proper process and procedures, I was able to achieve an easy transition for my replacement to assume all duties as I focused on my personal business.
Logistics Team Member at Target (2017-01 – 2020-12)
Working at Target, I started as a Backroom Logistics team member. Eventually, I transferred to the Shipping and Order Fulfillment side of Logistics. Working in the backroom, I would perform audits and maintain the stockroom to keep the floor filled with product - that turned into processing online pick-up orders and training future team members. As a shipper, I would fulfill online orders by picking items in-store, packaging, and then loading the trailers for delivery.
Inventory Manager at Fan Shop HQ (2015-01 – 2017-12)
This company was a shipping warehouse that sold fan memorabilia. As the Inventory Manager, it was my responsibility to perform monthly audits, prepare shipments for the day for "packers" to send out, as well as respond to escalated customer issues. I assisted this company with a move in facilities and guided everyone on how to maintain the inventory correctly during the process.
Assistant Manager at Eye On Company Inc. (2013-01 – 2015-12)
I started as a Sales Associate and was promoted to Assistant Manager by 2014. My duties were, initially, to provide customer service, process sales, re-stock inventory, and prepare cash envelopes for till close. With the promotion, I had the addition of creating schedules, processing incoming orders, and handling cash from the main safe.
