In the past I have worked in TSS (Technology Support Services) in Harvard Business School as an intern from the Year Up Program since July 2022 as of my most recent previous experience.
I was always comfortable working in a team setting. Through working with a senior technician and other two interns on multiple projects inside and outside TSS, I worked on and escalated as needed faculty, staff and student issues using my skillset. This forces me into new situations and adapt on the fly and helped me learn the technical and business processes. This experience has expanded my communication skill by talking to so many different departments within HBS through meetings, trainings and projects I have been part of.
I am confident that my experiences and skills as an intern would benefit the team, and I will be looking forward to further discussing my qualifications with you in an interview. Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely,
During my time in TSS (Technology Support Services) as an intern, I have been able to show that I have acquired the skills to work in the role of a Business Analyst via working with faculty, staff and students in a timely and customer-friendly manner on Windows and Mac-related issues ranging from imaging computers using Intune and Jamf and communicate to them through Zoom or Bomgar to resolve said issues, I’m confident that I can bring another asset to the team due to my daily printer check routes that I did twice a day and expansion knowledge of Ricoh and HP printers. My education at Roxbury Community College also helped me with classes like Networking Fundamentals and IT problem solving and I used this foundation when I was helping troubleshooting network connectivity issues and to troubleshoot various software issues in tickets especially during the start of this internship when I had to configure 30 desk set-ups for the three departments coming into a new office space.
