I started in Service and Parts and worked my way through the dealership to GM, and have been running successful businesses for over 20 years. From accounting to all operations, it takes the right people, process, and discipline. I lead by this belief. My skillset extends well beyond automotive, as Marketing, Accounting, Law, Real estate, and building operations fall under the responsibility of a true general manager, operations manager, or executive director overseeing all of the above.
