I am an experienced, results-driven automotive executive with a proven track record of leadership and performance. I began my career as a Ford technician and advanced through key roles including Service Writer, Service Manager, Sales Manager, and Finance Manager. Within 10 years, I was promoted to General Manager within the same organization, where I successfully led high-line German import stores, Japanese import operations, and the region's largest pre-owned center, consistently achieving sales of 130+ used vehicles per month.
I have been an active member of NADA 20 Groups (FF08 and MZ03) and helped position my store among the top performers in a 22-store group. Currently, I am focused on mergers and acquisitions, where I continue to perform at a high level. However, I am seeking to return to a hands-on leadership role where I can engage directly in daily operations, mentor teams, make impactful decisions, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
I am open to relocation and prepared to lease a second residence for up to two years while my son completes high school. Personally, I have been happily married for 17 years and bring a values-driven, servant leadership mindset to my work.
