• Began my career as a social worker within homeless advocacy
• Homeless outreach, case manager in the Hub of Hope (Suburban station, Philadelphia) 
• Continued onto cooking where I began at A.Kitchen working for Eli Collins
• Later moved to Home Appetit, a meal delivery service in the Philadelphia area as a sous chef
• Went to Vernick Fish to gain more experience in a high volume, high level kitchen
• Came to the 76ers as a Junior Sous Chef to expand knowledge of food world and who it serves
