Lead the effort of design, deployment and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery process using tools like Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, Neoload, qTest and Selenium Box
Effectively communicate with Product Owners monitor business needs. Engage the client to gather software requirements/business rules and ensure alignment with development teams for ITQA. Translate stakeholder requirements into different tangible deliverables such as functional specifications, user cases, user stories, workflow/process diagrams, data flow/data model diagrams.
Assess risks and develop mitigation plans when scope changes, code delivery is delayed, or other unexpected events occur, while maintaining appropriate level of test coverage to ensure quality. Develop workflows, custom fields, automation rules to meet the business needs. Support to integrate Jira tools with other tools like qtest, teams and confluence.
