• Overseeing project compliance on public jobs, managing and training new hires, handling insurance shopping, LBE recertification, corporate file management, task management software implementation, Bond applications, and coordinating apprentices for compliance needs.
• Managed audit reviews and facilitated the resolution of insurance audits in compliance with regulatory standards. Assisted in concluding audits conducted by insurance companies and the Franchise Tax Board, ensuring adherence to legal and organizational requirements while still performing my responsibilities as an estimator.
• Perform accurate takeoffs and draft bid proposals on residential and mixed-use commercial projects.
• Bid and won over $5,000,000 worth of mixed-use commercial projects.
