I have spent my career working in hospitality and construction trades I was a door to door salesman when I was 18-20 traveling the country. I started in plumbing then went to carpentry and did that for almost 10 years as well as Remodeling. I worked with a friend who owned a heating and air conditioning business and traveled setting up new gas station air conditioning systems and building the inside coolers.

I have worked with drywallers, landscapers, electricians, plumbers, and feel I'm pretty versatile, as well as highly driven to create a great work atmosphere and build a team that works well together.

Maintenance Supervisor - Fairfield Residential

I am the maintenance supervisor for the property and I have one technician that works with me. My responsibilities are to delegate things for the tech to do on a daily basis, as well as unit turns, work orders, on call emergencies, i would do all the ordering of supplies, scheduling vendors and getting bids, and making sure the property is up kept with out any safety or liabilities concerns.

Maintenance tech 3 - Worldmark/Wyndham Destinations

(2018-04 - 2020-09)

I was the maintenance technician at WorldMark, it's a timeshare company and i started with the company as a maintenance technician 1 in Estes Park Colorado, and then transferred a year later to Las Vegas where I got my CPO and became a technician 2, I was there during the Coronavirus, and then transferred to Seaside Oregon as a tech 3, and that's where I ended up partying ways with them and joined Guardian Management.
