Subcontractor
Management:Hiring and managing subcontractors, ensuring their performance meets the project's requirements, and coordinating their activities.
Job Site
Management:Overseeing daily operations on the construction site, including labor management, equipment, and materials, ensuring the work progresses as planned. Permit and Compliance:Obtaining necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities and ensuring the project complies with all applicable regulations and codes.
Quality
Control:Monitoring the quality of workmanship and materials throughout the project, and taking corrective actions as needed. Safety and Health:Implementing and enforcing safety procedures on the job site, ensuring all workers are properly trained and understand safety protocols. Communication:Maintaining clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
Change Order
Management:Managing and implementing change orders, ensuring they are properly documented and approved. Budget and Schedule Management:Monitoring and controlling project costs and timelines, ensuring the project remains within budget and on schedule.
