When I'm faced with a problem, I will not stand still. I worked at Walmart and I had to think on my feet as I did stocking. For example, we had to sort fridges full of items onto their respective aisle categories. Depending on the placement, the stocking can take 2 hours versus 45 minutes to an hour.
During my time there I started to understand that I can't wish for things to happen, and that even if the task is tedious and repetitive I can push through.
Very often I'll watch videos about learning, watch programming videos and memes, and try to stay fairly knowledgeable of programming. I did a degree in Computer Science so I know most of the terms. My knowledge is kind of spread out and thin except for things like Object Oriented Programming, debugging, and things closer related to putting code in the file.
Granted the opportunity, I'd learn all that needs to be known. I'd love to do more involving permissions and data transfer over networks.
Anything under the sun.
I work for the Texas Math and Science Association, I've been with them for a year, and have built good features. I'm also in the process of making a videogame, but it's still in its infancy.
