Daily duties include the following , taking doughnut orders, making sure the store is clean to present to the customers, making drinks such as lattes, cappuccinos coffee, iced coffee, and our slushies, as well as working cashier and the drive-thru.
Barista - Wahfles Café

The responsibility I have at wafhles café is to be a barista. This includes making drinks such as espresso drinks, blended drinks, pour overs, house made lemonades, and teas. When I came in, I had to dial in the espresso to make sure that the shots where of survivable quality. I mostly worked the closing shift, so I was expected have the bar cleaned and stocked up for the opening shift. I also had to clean the store such as cleaning the bathrooms and mopping the floor.
Barista - Mantra Coffee

The responsibilities that are expected of me at Mantra are making drinks such as espresso drinks, matcha and chai drinks, and teas. It was expected of me to dial in the espresso to make sure that the shots were of serviceable quality, which I had to take a refresher course on how to dial in espresso properly. Closing shift is what I mostly work at Mantra, those tasks required me to do your everyday closing duties, which were cleaning dishes, mopping floors, clean the espresso machines, and making sure that the next shift was stocked up for success.
Another requirement at Mantra is that I needed to be more knowledgeable about the various coffees that we served. This meant that I needed to know what grind size the different types of coffee roast needed to have the best flavor.
Barista / Supervisor - Lucky's Coffee Roasters

My responsibilities as a supervisor is sending employees on breaks/lunches within a timely manner. Another important task is to delegate task to employees so that everyone using company time appropriately, while also taking up task myself to so that everyone on shift has equal amount of responsibility within the store. The other part of my job is being a barista, which is making drinks, taking orders, and cleaning up the shop.

Volunteering for AYSO Region 32 Upland allows me the chance to give back to my community all while enjoying the game of soccer. As an assistant coach I learned to take direction and execute proper skills and fundamentals to players. With such experience I was then able to take on the responsibility of head coach for a youth boys soccer team.
With the skills and experience from working in the hospitality industry I was able to make an easy transition into referring. Referring requires a great understanding of all rules and regulations, all while being able to keep control over a game.
