·Collaborate in research of population ecology and conservation on New England Cottontail, utilize microsatellite genotyping for abundance monitoring

• Perform DNA extractions on New England Cottontail pellets
• Properly set up PCR testing for three multiplex sets; made primer master mixes for each and package samples for shipping
• Analyze computer results, make genotyping calls through Thermo Fisher’s Peakscanner to identify alleles for each individual
