I am a licensed school counselor with a Master’s degree from a CACREP‐accredited program and state certification in school counseling. Over the past three years, I have provided one‐on‐one and small‐group counseling for K–12 students, delivering classroom lessons on conflict resolution, self‐regulation, and study skills, while also offering crisis intervention and family outreach when needed. I designed and implemented a tiered intervention framework that reduced behavioral referrals by 20%, and I regularly conduct universal screenings and progress monitoring to refine my strategies based on data.

My collaborative work on multidisciplinary teams—such as IEP and Student Support teams—ensures tailored supports for students with diverse needs, and I’ve built partnerships with community agencies to extend wraparound services. I am committed to culturally responsive practices, having served a student body representing over 15 languages, and I’ve successfully advocated for district‐wide initiatives to expand scholarship access and promote equity.
