I graduated from Utah Tech University in 2023 and have experience working with large volume genetic data on the University of Utah super computer (CHPC). I have experience using Bash(Linux), Python, R, C++, and MySQL. I authored a research paper about mapping Aspidoscelis genomes to other vertebrate genomes.
I also contributed to a software package that uses combinatorics to create all possible scenarios of two population assignments. I would like to apply the skills I've learned in university and develope new ones throughout my career.
I worked as a research assistant at Utah Tech University which involved handling large volume datasets and understanding of the Bash, python, and R programming languages.
