My name is Dara Hedrick. I'm a health guru who owns a small business in Charlotte, NC that provides healthy gourmet meal preparations and nutritional coaching to local customers all over Charlotte. I enjoy managing my business and my small team because making a difference and serving others through health, and food of course, is my passion! I currently live in Boca Raton, FL. I love to learn and create continually; I'm efficient and a quick learner. I enjoy a challenge and a fast pace work environment.
